VA Test

Last Friday(9/19/08),
I do VA test.
The first test that i done in this sem but unlucky I forgot to do the simple22222222 thing.
waaaaaaaaaw
I forgot to check both VA, and dont know how to record...
I already learn it before this but still cant remember it.
My friends already told me what i have to do and what i cant do but i'm still do the wrong thing.
I really hope that I will never do the same mistake again..

last friday I follow my senior to do screening at SK Bandar Baru Sri Damansara

this the first time i take the VA from the patient before this im only do for my friends

but Mr Foo ask me to learn more how to take VA. hahahahhah

Mr Amran said my skill very weak
